Distinguishing Characteristics

New Programs Consultant is used for initial TAU appointments to long-term positions pending the establishment of permanent classes.

Special Consultant is used for TAU appointments to short-term positions lasting nine months or less.

Minimum Qualifications

Broad and extensive experience in the field involved in the new program.
