CalHR Analyst Certificate
The Analyst Certificate Series was designed by CalHR in conjunction with American River College to combine tested, strategic methodology with cutting edge ideas and thinking. Through these courses you will learn the fundamentals, responsibilities, and duties for various Analyst classifications.
The series will develop competencies in the skills and techniques used in researching, organizing, analyzing, documenting, communicating, and verifying requirements. The series is comprised of classes that progressively build on your knowledge and skills. This certificate is not required to qualify for an Analyst position.
Participants who complete CalHR's approved Analyst training courses registered through CalLearns or an approved CalHR Field Training request will earn the Analyst Certificate. Field Training course certificates are only valid for non-condensed courses. We do not accept certificates classes booked directly through vendors.
Courses:
If you are interested in the Analyst Certificate, we recommend starting with our Introduction to Analytical Skills course. This course is not part of the required Analyst Certificate Series.
The skills, tools, and concepts build on each other throughout the series. It is recommended to take these courses in the following order, but it is not required to do so.
Participants are responsible for tracking their progress throughout the Analyst Certificate Series and providing proof of completion for all 7 course certificates in order to receive the completion of series certificate.
