Benefits Administration Training

Taught by CalHR and CalPERS staff, the Benefits Administration Training is for personnel staff to learn:

  • how to reference the BAM and other materials

  • how to fill out forms correctly and code them into the system

  • about the rules, regulations, and procedures of processing benefit enrollment and changes
