Mr. Dalzell has been the business manager for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 1245 Union since 2006, where he was a staff attorney from 1981 to 2006. He was an attorney for the United Farm Workers of America from 1972 to 1980. He is a member of the California State Bar, Dictionary Society of North America and the American Dialect Society. Mr. Dalzell is the Chairman of the Compensation Commission. He was reappointed to the Commission by Governor Brown and has served since 2011. His term expires December 31, 2022.
Nancy Miller holds the "non-profit" seat. Ms. Miller has been the president and shareholder of Miller & Owen since 1992, where she was the principal and shareholder from 1983 to 1991, and a partner from 1979 to 1982. Ms. Miller is chairperson of the Judicial Selection Committee, Eastern District, where she has served since 1992 and was a member of the Civil Advisory Committee to the Sacramento County Presiding Judge from 2009 to 2012. She has been a member of the Sacramento County Bar Association since 1979. Ms. Miller earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. Her term expires December 31, 2018.
Anthony Barkett holds the "general population" seat. Mr. Barkett is the Chief Executive Officer of Trinity Solar and a managing member of Oliveto LLC. He has been developer, owner and manager of a variety of commercial properties throughout the Central Valley since 2002. He was a partner at Emerald Properties from 1988 to 2005 and an attorney in private practice from 1992 to 2002. He earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. His term expires December 31, 2018.
Matina Kolokotronis holds the "compensation" seat. Ms. Kolokotronis has been the Chief Operating Officer for the Sacramento Kings since 2010 and the director of the Sacramento Kings Foundation since 2004, where she was a legal consultant from 1996 to 2010. She was previously an associate at Miller, Owen and Trost from 1996 to 2004. Ms. Kolokotronis earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Her term expires December 31, 2020.
Margaret Wong holds the "small business" seat. Ms. Wong has been President and Chief Executive Officer at Golden California Inc. since 2014, at McWong Environmental Technology since 1997 and at McWong International Inc. since 1985. She was vice president at American Savings and Loans from 1983 to 1984 and corporate controller at Bostrom Management Corporation from 1974 to 1983. Ms. Wong is a member of the California Chamber of Commerce Board. Her term expires December 31, 2022.
