Meeting - June 19, 2013
The California Constitution requires the Commission to meet by June 30 of each year to decide what, if any, changes should be made to the compensation of the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, Secretary of State, Controller, Treasurer, Insurance Commissioner, Superintendent of Public Instruction, Members of the Board of Equalization, and State Legislators. Its decisions at the upcoming meeting take effect in December 2013.
The Commission was established in June 1990 through the voters' passage of Proposition 112.
All commission meetings are public.
