CalHR has published the following two dashboards for 2023 Total Compensation Survey.
The total compensation dashboard compares how state workers in specific bargaining units are compensated, as a group, with other workers in the same occupation by measuring the employer’s costs for providing wages and common employee benefits.
The key statistics dashboard includes information that can be used to evaluate the State of California's ability to recruit and retain employees in these occupations, such as turnover, longevity, and vacancy data.
