All meetings are open to the public. To accommodate as many people as possible during the public testimony portion of this meeting, the Commission asks that persons wishing to testify do the following:

  • Schedule testimony in advance by calling the contact person listed below.

  • Limit testimony to five to seven minutes.

  • Submit any detailed data or information in writing. Eight copies would be appreciated.
