Lean White Belt Training ($145) – This class provides an overview of the fundamental concepts of Lean and the tools and techniques used to identify value-added activities and eliminate waste to improve customer outcomes.

The Analyst Series was designed by CalHR in conjunction with the Los Rios Community College District to combine tested, strategic methodology with cutting edge ideas and thinking. You will learn the roles, responsibilities and duties of an analyst. The series will develop competencies in the skills and techniques used in researching, organizing, analyzing, documenting, communicating and verifying requirements. The series is comprised of classes that progressively build on your knowledge and skills. 
 
Participants who complete CalHR's approved Analyst training courses will earn the Analyst Series Certificate.
