Are you ready to take your Lean training to the next level? CalHR has posted a new offering for Lean White Belt Training for Trainers (T4T).
This three-day interactive course will provide you with the opportunity to become a certified Lean White Belt instructor. This certification program will prepare you deliver Lean White Belt training. This is an excellent way to acquire recognized skill and experience, and to become the "go-to" person in your department for continuous improvement.
The prerequisite attending a Lean White Belt training within the past 90 days is being waved. However, If you have not completed the course, please contact LeanValue@calhr.ca.gov to help schedule you in an upcoming offering after your Lean White Belt Training for Trainers (T4T) class.

This program is intended to assist departments in preparing all newly appointed supervisors with their transition into a new leadership role, as well as to develop their leadership skills.

The Analyst Series was designed by CalHR in conjunction with our partners to combine tested, strategic methodology with cutting edge ideas and thinking. You will learn the roles, responsibilities and duties of an analyst. The series will develop competencies in the skills and techniques used in researching, organizing, analyzing, documenting, communicating and verifying requirements. The series is composed of classes that progressively build on your knowledge and skills.
