Andrew Mayock is an Associate Partner in the Washington, D.C. office of global consulting firm McKinsey & Company. He previously served in the Obama Administration as Director for Management for the White House Office of Management and Budget, and as U.S. Chief Performance Officer, where his work focused on modernizing the federal government's civil service system. Mayock will share his experiences working within a large organization attempting to make substantive changes.
